Exceptional Stay with Great Amenities!
Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly accommodating, meeting all special requests. Enjoyed the spacious suite which perfectly fit our family needs. Breakfast was a treat, and the nearby restaurants made dining easy. Highly recommend trying the Hardee's across the street!

The room had excellent water pressure, making showers refreshing. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the ease of using luggage carts right at the entrance. My experience confirmed how much better the breakfast spread is compared to many other hotels, with plenty of options to choose from.
Occasionally, I could hear noise from the corridors that disrupted my sleep.

I had the best stay in a spacious Standard Room with Two Queen Beds! The shower had fantastic water pressure, and I felt at home with the cozy bedding. Plus, having a delicious and varied breakfast spread set me up perfectly for the day!

Clean and Comfortable Stay
Spacious room with comfy bedding. The microwave and fridge made it easy for snacks. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Indoor swimming pool was a nice touch. The bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of towels. Breakfast included hot sandwiches, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Overall, a solid stay with good amenities.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. rolled in at 6:20, and they were already out of sausage and pancakes. The juice machine was down, too. Hardee’s across the street saved the morning, but still would've loved a better breakfast scene.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Crossville! The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy corner that featured an armchair perfect for reading.
